About me…


Who am I?! (and why should you trust me!?😉)

Well if you weren’t sure already, my name is Lindsay - but a lot of people call me “Linds” - hence “Lift with Lindz”.

I am a competitive body building athlete. I have been competing in body building shows since 2022. In that time i’ve been in 4 shows, with a first place finish in two of them.

I understand the discipline, grind and decision fatigue that can come with diet and exercise, and I know having a coach to lean on for support is vital when reaching for a big goal.

I have officially been a personal trainer since 2022 and have worked in a gym setting since 2021. I have experience as a personal trainer in multiple gym settings, and in 2023, I transitioned into running my own business at a private gym, that I love being apart of.

I have worked 2,000+ session hours with clients of many different ages, abilities and goals. I have immersed myself in the fitness/gym space as an athlete and bodybuilder since 2016.

(One could say fitness is my whole personality…and i’m okay with that lol!)

My Training Style:

While each session can differ based on my clients goals; there are similarities across each session that are representative of how I create workouts.

I prioritize the basics. I do not program complicated combo movements that you might see on social media.

I prioritize movements that focus on various squat patterns, hinges, over head press, pulling , and core strengthening.

There are many different exercises I program that stem from these 5 staple movements.

While your goal may be to look and feel better, the extra benefit you get from prioritizing fitness will help you live a strong and healthy life as you age.

Based on the client, there will be adjustments to how I program our workouts! These will not be cookie-cutter follow along workouts.
